The Role

As our

Patient Coordinator

, you are the anchor of the patient experience. You help set the tone of the clinic through your presence, communication, and attention to detail. This role blends hospitality, organization, and healthcare administration in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Creating a welcoming, calm, and professional first impression for every patient Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient communication by phone, text, and email Supporting providers with administrative tasks and patient flow Patient check-out, payment processing, scanning documents, and light billing tasks Inputting and verifying insurance information (training provided; experience helpful) Maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Contributing to a clean, organized, and smoothly run clinic environment

Schedule

Approximately

15-20 hours per week with room to grow

Monday-Friday (opening and closing shifts required) One Saturday morning per month Consistent weekly schedule with some flexibility needed Opportunity for growth in hours and responsibility over time Position to begin immediately

Compensation & Benefits

$16-$19/hour
