Patient Care Leader

.

The Patient Care Leader responsibilities include:

+ Leading the practice of nursing and manages care on the patient care unit. + RN is proficient in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promotes quality care assuming a broad level of accountability for outcomes.
+ Providing 24/7 accountability care for assigned patients.
+ Promoting evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.

Qualifications:

Certifications and Licensures:

+ BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required + RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
+ ACLS Certification, if required by department
+ Nurse Specialty certification is preferred

Education:

+ Bachelors degree in Nursing is required

Experience:

+ 2 years of RN experience in acute care is required.

+ Interpersonal skills + Critical thinking skills
+ Clinical skills appropriate to position
