is hiring a
Patient Care Coordinator
to join our team and support the daily operations of our audiology clinic. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and growing their skills in healthcare.
After successfully learning the PCC role, this position includes a pathway to be trained and promoted into an Audiology Assistant.
What You'll Do
Welcome patients and support check-in/check-out
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
Answer phone calls and respond to patient questions
Update patient information in our software system
Collect payments and complete daily closing tasks
Scan and organize patient records
Send/receive hearing devices for deliveries and repairs
Assist Audiologists with basic office and clinical tasks
Maintain office inventory (batteries, supplies, paperwork)
Audiology Assistant Career Path
Once you demonstrate strong performance as a PCC, you'll have the opportunity to be trained as an Audiology Assistant. This includes learning to:
Perform basic hearing screenings
Clean and troubleshoot hearing aids
Prepare hearing aid orders and track repairs
Support providers with patient care tasks
Learn core audiology tools and equipment
This pathway is great for candidates interested in long-term growth in healthcare.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy clinic
Basic computer skills
Professional and positive attitude
Preferred (but not required):
Medical office experience
Experience with phones, scheduling, or customer service
Interest in audiology or healthcare
Sales background/experience

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
