The

Case Manager & Patient Care Coordinator

plays a central role in the patient experience at Infinite Healing Center. This hybrid position manages the entire patient journey--from first contact, to intake, to financial presentation, to long-term scheduling and follow-up--while supporting the administrative flow of the clinic.

You will be responsible for:

Converting new patient leads Assisting in report of findings Presenting financial care plans Coordinating schedules across multiple providers Managing patient communications and follow-ups Providing front office support and administrative tasks
This position requires a warm, organized, sales-minded individual who is passionate about helping patients choose natural, non-surgical solutions to restore their health.

Spanish-speaking is desired but not required.



As skills develop, this role is designed to grow into a

Production Manager position

, overseeing clinic flow, patient conversions, and front-end operations.

Performance Objectives1. Case Management & Patient Guidance



Develop emotional connection to understand patient goals and motivations Conduct initial consultations to gather medical history and identify functional goals Participate in report of findings and support clinical recommendations Create and deliver financial care plans based on provider orders Clearly communicate care plan value and overcome objections with empathy Encourage, support, and educate patients throughout their care

2. Administrative & Patient Coordination Duties



Greet patients warmly and maintain a positive office environment Manage scheduling for multiple providers and ensure treatment plan compliance Answer multi-line phones and respond to patient inquiries Handle over-the-counter payments and accurate posting Verify insurance benefits and update patient records Maintain front office organization, flow, and efficiency Execute follow-up calls, progress check-ins, and appointment reminders

3. Lead Conversion & Production Support



Convert inbound new patient inquiries into scheduled appointments Track care plan acceptance, follow-up, and patient retention metrics Identify barriers preventing patients from starting or completing care Ensure patients are fully supported from their first visit through their completion of care Collaborate with leadership to refine patient flow systems and production processes

4. Growth Path to Production Manager



As proficiency is demonstrated, this role will expand to include:

Oversight of new patient lead conversion Monitoring patient compliance and care plan fulfillment Coordinating communication between clinical departments Ensuring operational efficiency and schedule optimization Supporting leadership in achieving clinic production goals

Spanish-speaking ability is a strong plus.



Education & Experience



High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of sales, case management, or customer service experience Experience in a private medical, chiropractic, or physical therapy practice preferred Strong computer and communication skills Familiarity with medical terminology helpful

Physical Requirements



Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands frequently May occasionally lift 10-15 lbs Occasional local travel for training or meetings
