Compensation & Benefits

$23-$28 per hour (based on experience) Full-time, Monday-Thursday schedule (no weekends!) Paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays Medical and dental insurance Continuing education reimbursement 401(k) retirement plan

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Update and maintain accurate patient and insurance information Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Answer and route phone calls and emails promptly Schedule and confirm patient appointments Assist team members to ensure a smooth daily flow Deliver an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out

Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of dental office experience

required

Dentrix experience

preferred Excellent communication and multitasking skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Positive attitude and eagerness to learn -- we'll train the right person!
