We're looking for a patient-focused, quick-learning, personable Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. This role is the heartbeat of our office, where you're the first smile patients see and the voice that sets the tone for their entire visit.

What You'll Do

Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Manage check-ins, check-outs, scheduling, confirmations, and treatment plan presentations. Answer phones, handle patient inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service. Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financial arrangements. Support the clinical team and practice manager by keeping the day running smoothly and efficiently. Maintain an organized, calm, and friendly front-office environment.

What We're Looking For

Strong customer service skills and a naturally personable, positive attitude. Fast learner who is comfortable picking up new systems, processes, and software. General understanding of insurance processes, billing, expense management, financial acumen. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Reliable, proactive, and able to keep things moving during busy days. Dental office experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate!
