Clearview MRI is seeking an energetic and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our Gresham team!

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, helping ensure a smooth, supportive, and positive experience from start to finish. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help foster positive patient interactions, streamline administrative processes, and support the overall delivery of exceptional services.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and verify their appointment details to ensure accuracy and readiness for their visit Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using medical office management software Collect and update patient information, including insurance details and medical histories, maintaining confidentiality at all times Assist with insurance verification and pre-authorizations to facilitate smooth billing processes Provide patients with clear instructions regarding procedures, follow-up care, and necessary documentation Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to address questions or concerns promptly Maintain organized records of patient interactions, appointments, and administrative documentation in compliance with privacy regulations

Skills

Prior experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred but not required, we'll train the right candidate! Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment Exceptional communication skills to provide clear guidance and compassionate service to patients Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining attention to detail
