Position Overview
We're looking for a polished, driven
Patient Coordinator
who thrives in a sales-focused, relationship-building role. This is not a passive front-desk position--it's an opportunity to influence the patient journey, drive consultation and surgery conversions, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to the day-to-day operations of a high-end aesthetic practice.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary +
commission
on the surgeon's fee for every booked surgery.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Coordination & Sales
Engage with prospective patients via phone, email, text, and in-person conversations to convert inquiries into consultations and surgeries.
Educate patients on surgical and non-surgical options; guide them through next steps with clarity and confidence.
Manage consultations, pre-ops, post-ops, and surgical scheduling with accuracy and finesse.
Present payment options, financing programs, and follow through on financial completion.
Maintain direct communication with the surgeon on scheduling flow, patient statuses, and follow-ups.
Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline activity.
Marketing & Social Media Support
Collaborate with the marketing team on patient-facing campaigns, promotions, and email outreach.
Assist with social media initiatives--including capturing photos/video content, coordinating patient testimonials, and supporting content planning.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand professionalism across all platforms.
Shared Administrative Duties
Provide support at the front desk as needed, including phones, check-in/check-out, and general office flow.
Maintain EMR documentation accuracy, and support compliance processes.
Assist with daily administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly (inventory support, office organization, event coordination, etc.)
Qualifications
Minimum
2 years experience
in plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical aesthetics.
Proven track record in
sales
, with strong relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Highly organized, detail-focused, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Nextech/EMR experience a strong advantage.
Professional, polished presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
