What You'll Do
Proactively follow up with new patient leads via phone, text, and email to schedule appointments
Reconnect with patients who have pending or incomplete treatment
Support the Treatment Plan Coordinator by helping patients understand their care options and next steps
Build rapport and trust with patients to encourage follow-through with recommended treatment
Manage and track patient communication using office software
Collaborate with the front desk and clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
Maintain accurate notes and data on patient interactions
Uphold confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
What We're Looking For
Experience in a dental or medical office preferred
, but not required
If no dental experience, must have a
strong background in sales, customer service, or patient relations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills -- confident, clear, and empathetic
Outgoing, optimistic, and self-motivated personality
Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-up
Quick learner with the ability to pick up dental terminology and treatment concepts
Desire to grow into a
Treatment Plan Coordinator
role with additional training and experience
