Overview:

At St. Luke's, our dedicated team of Patient Access Specialists strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences. Switchboard is the center hub of our organization. This unique team handles a variety of calls for patients and employees. They transfer callers to various departments or clinics throughout our health system and play a crucial role in facilitating their experiences.

Shift Details:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 11pm-7:30am

What You Can Expect:

Deliver customer service by handling registration, scheduling, referrals, and inquiries for patients, providers, and the public. Ensure clear, professional communication, addressing both verbal and written interactions. Explain financial options, insurance coverage, and organization policies to support payment processes. Utilize technology and tools to efficiently manage departmental workflows. Support after-hours scheduling and urgent inquiries for Treasure Valley Switchboard, Language Services, and Children's Services. The training period will consist of a full-time, day-time schedule until it is completed and then the schedule will change to Tuesday-Thursday, 11pm-7:30am.
