Charleston ENT & Allergy has an immediate opening for Patient Access Specialists! We have several new offices, expanding into new areas and markets, and that means tremendous growth for our company. We are looking for talented, ambitious Patient Access Specialists to answer all incoming calls for our practice. As the first point of contact for patients, this role handles all patient information and demographics while providing outstanding customer service. It is an ideal position for a busy person who enjoys working as part of a supportive, achievement-oriented team. Charleston ENT & Allergy is the industry leader in healthcare in South Carolina, specifically in the ear, nose, and throat sector. This position offers the potential to work from home. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Scheduling appointments
- Registering new patients
- Absolutely no sales or selling of any kind
- Entering and updating patient demographics and records
- Handling all incoming referrals for the practice and for representing the practice to patients with care, compassion, and high attention to detail
