What You'll Do

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
Answer calls and resolve questions or route them appropriately.
Gather and verify demographic and insurance information with precision.
Schedule appointments using documented clinic protocols.
Communicate clearly with physicians, nurses, and care teams.
Support front desk operations so patient flow stays smooth and on time.

Qualifications

Clear, courteous communicator--patient- and provider-facing.
Detail-focused; comfortable balancing phones, in-person needs, and computer systems.
Works well from SOPs/checklists and follows through to completion.
Healthcare or customer service experience preferred, not required.
Team-oriented, steady under pressure, and dependable.
