Job Description
The Patient Access Representative Position at NorthShore Health Centers requires excellent customer service skills. The job duties of Patient Access Representative are to schedule appointments for patients who call in by telephone, making sure they utilize appropriate scheduling guidelines in accordance with the purpose for the appointment. We are currently hiring for full-time at our Portage location. Job Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- computer experience required
- Knowledge of medical terminology required
- On year previous medical office experience preferred
- 10 paid holidays
- 40 hours of PTO upon hire
