Patient Access Representative-Our mission at Valley Vision Clinic is to provide exceptional eye care for the entire family using advanced diagnostic, treatment, and educational services.

Responsibilities

Greet patients, providing exceptional customer service Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally Schedule appointments Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Assist with administrative tasks such as typing, document preparation, and proofreading Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment Manage phone etiquette and always ensure professional communication Verifying insurance and benefits

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required

.

Experience in scheduling appointments is preferred

, especially in a healthcare setting.

Excellent communication skills

, both verbal and written.

Strong attention to detail

with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems

and general computer skills.

Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
