Job Description


Location: Remote, USA Shift: Shift will fall between 7:30AM-5:00PM Eastern time, 8.5 hour shift with a 30 minute lunch, Monday-Friday. The Patient Access Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties to support assigned areas and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Composes, types and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required.
  • Routes written communications as appropriate.
  • Communicates with others in person, telephone, and/or email.
  • May receive and screen visitors and handles general inquiries.
  • Assists with preparing for and facilitating meetings, conferences, programs and/or special events.
  • Establishes and maintains filing systems.
  • Orders and stocks supplies.
  • Determines work priorities, assigns and schedules work load for the department.
  • Develops and refines clerical policies and procedures.
  • Trains support personnel in new procedures and new employees on duties to be performed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • May be required to be \xe2\x80\x9con-call\xe2\x80\x9d

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One (1) year of related work experience is required.
