Require Bachelors\' and Masters\' degree from an accredited American Association of Pathologists\' Assistant program, OR Bachelors\' degree from an accredited college/university and completion of NAACLS accredited Pathologists\' Assistant program within the last 5 years; OR on-the-job training with a minimum of 5 years\' clinical experience in this profession, and recent clinical experience within the past 24 months.
