Our client, a top-ranked Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Patent Agent to join its Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group. Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics
Experience drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications, particularly in areas such as:
Graphics processing units (GPUs)
Tensor processing units (TPUs)
Accelerators and neural engines
Robotics circuitry and actuators
Admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is required
Strong academic credentials and professional experience in law firms, engineering, or relevant industry settings
Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills
They are especially interested in candidates who can draft, file, and prosecute patent applications related to graphics processing units, tensor processing units, accelerators, neural engines, and robotics circuitry and actuators.
