Key Responsibilities:
Greet birthday children and guests with energy, enthusiasm, and a warm welcome.
Follow event timelines to ensure each party runs smoothly from check-in to clean-up.
Facilitate access to attractions such as bowling, laser tag, bumper cars, skating, or axe throwing (based on age appropriateness and waivers).
Serve food, drinks, and birthday cake in a clean and organized party area.
Lead or assist with games, activities, or themed party elements as needed.
Maintain constant communication with kitchen, entertainment, and FOH staff to coordinate timing.
Address guest questions, needs, or concerns quickly and professionally.
Ensure proper cleanup and reset of party areas after each event.
Communicate with parents/organizers before, during, and after parties for a smooth experience.
Represent Hoosier Alley's brand with friendliness, professionalism, and fun.
Qualifications:
Outgoing, positive personality with strong communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service, childcare, events, or entertainment preferred.
Ability to lead groups and interact with kids and adults comfortably.
Must be organized, punctual, and great at multitasking.
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs during shifts.
Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
