Position Overview:

The

Birthday Party Coordinator

is responsible for

selling, scheduling, and managing

all birthday parties and group events. This position combines

sales, organization, and hands-on event coordination

-- ideal for someone energetic, people-oriented, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

daily 5x10 sales calls

(5 follow-ups and 10 new outreach calls) to promote and book birthday parties. Earn

commission on each party booked

in addition to base hourly pay. Assign trained party hosts to each event and distribute weekly party schedules. Confirm all party details with parents/guardians prior to the event. Coordinate with the bowling counter, kitchen, arcade, and laser tag staff to ensure smooth execution. Greet and assist parties upon arrival, ensuring the best possible guest experience. Maintain organized records of bookings, payments, and follow-ups. Track and restock party supplies, decorations, and materials as needed.

Requirements:

Must be available to work

Saturdays and Sundays

(our busiest party days).

Sales background required

with proven ability to make outbound calls and close bookings. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented personality. Reliable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional, organized, and team-focused.
