Position Overview

We are seeking a

part-time Warehouse Inspector

based in Reno to help us ensure our partner 3PL facilities meet our operational standards. The Warehouse Inspector will serve as our "eyes and ears on the ground," conducting site visits, spot checks, and audits to confirm quality, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site visits to our 3PL facilities in the Reno area. Audit facility operations for compliance with company standards and client requirements. Perform spot checks on warehouse processes including receiving, storage, and outbound handling. Monitor inventory accuracy through sample counts and audits. Identify and report any issues, risks, or inefficiencies observed during inspections. Provide clear, timely feedback to the operations management team.

Qualifications

Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or operations preferred. Strong attention to detail with ability to identify gaps in processes. Reliable, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and reporting skills. Availability for part-time, flexible scheduling.
