Develop and execute TikTok content strategies aligned with brand and campaign goals
Film and edit short-form videos (product features, UGC-style demos, BTS, lifestyle tips, customer highlights)
Jump on trends/sounds quickly and keep content fresh
Collaborate with marketing on product launches and promos
Track performance and iterate based on data (views, watch time, CTR, conversions)
Qualifications
Proven TikTok/short-form content experience (please share links)
On-camera comfort and authentic presence
Strong editing chops (TikTok native tools, CapCut, etc.)
Passion for wellness/beauty/lifestyle; brand storytelling instincts
Basic understanding of hooks, retention, and CTAs for conversion
Schedule & Pay
~20 hours/week, could turn into a full time role
Competitive hourly or project-based compensation (DOE)

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
