. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy leading teams, maintaining smooth operations, and ensuring our clients and facilities receive the highest level of care and service.

Responsibilities

Oversee and support daily site operations Perform light maintenance and minor repair tasks as needed Address client or tenant issues promptly and professionally Monitor safety procedures and ensure quality standards are met Represent IFSH in meetings and community engagements Coordinate services with vendors and contractors Assist with expense tracking and budget management Maintain accurate logs and operational reports Act as the liaison between management, staff, and clients

Minimum Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States Minimum age of 18 High school diploma or GED Must pass a background check and drug screening Reliable, professional, and collaborative attitude

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in supervision, leadership, or site management Knowledge of facility, maintenance, or property operations Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office or similar programs) Experience in customer service, hospitality, or operations Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, custodial)
