Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated

Part-Time Site Manager

to oversee daily operations at assigned locations. This role ensures that properties remain clean, safe, and well-maintained while providing excellent support to residents and clients.
Ideal candidates enjoy problem-solving, communicating with diverse groups, and taking initiative to keep sites running smoothly.

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday:

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Wednesday & Friday:

12:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Primary Duties

Oversee daily site operations and ensure service quality Coordinate maintenance activities, repairs, and vendor work Respond to resident inquiries and service requests professionally and promptly Conduct routine inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness standards Support resident engagement and community-building efforts Communicate with vendors and contractors regarding schedules and project needs Assist with budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost-control practices Enforce company and community guidelines fairly and consistently Maintain accurate property logs, reports, and records Prepare monthly reports and attend Board meetings as required

Minimum Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED Able to pass background checks and pre-employment/random drug testing Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in property management, facilities, or supervisory roles Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office) Education or training in business, hospitality, property management, or similar fields Familiarity with building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
