Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated
Part-Time Site Manager
to oversee day-to-day operations at assigned properties. This role plays a key part in maintaining clean, safe, and well-managed communities while delivering outstanding service to residents and clients.
Successful candidates enjoy problem-solving, communicating with diverse groups, and taking initiative to keep properties running efficiently.

Primary Duties
Direct and support daily operations at assigned properties
Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and vendor activities
Address resident concerns and service requests promptly and professionally
Perform regular site inspections to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
Encourage resident engagement and community-building events
Manage vendor contracts, scheduling, and communication
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and cost-control processes
Enforce company and community rules consistently and fairly
Keep accurate logs, reports, and property records
Submit monthly reports and participate in Board meetings as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Authorized to work in the United States
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
Able to pass background and drug screenings (pre-employment and random)
Reliable, flexible, and able to work well with a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in property management, facilities, or supervisory roles
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, reports)
Education or training in business, hospitality, property management, or related fields
Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
