Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Shuttle Driver at our Jones GMC location, part of the Jones Family of Dealerships. In this role, you will operate a company shuttle van to transport customers who prefer not to wait while their vehicles are being serviced. Your mission is to ensure a safe, efficient, and pleasant transportation experience for every customer.


Schedule:


Monday through Friday
Shifts: Morning (7:30 AM - 12:00 PM) and/or Afternoon (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
Weekend availability as needed


Key Responsibilities:


Safely transport customers to and from designated locations.
Comply with all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Perform routine inspections to ensure the shuttle is clean, well-maintained, and operating properly.
Promptly report any vehicle issues to the Service Director.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
Keep the shuttle interior clean and organized for a comfortable customer experience.
Follow company policies regarding shuttle operations, passenger safety, and service standards.


Qualifications:


Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience as a shuttle or professional driver preferred.
Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.
Ability to operate a shuttle van safely and confidently.
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and ability to report issues.
