Scarlett Blooms is a floral studio located in Livingston, NJ, known for our garden-luxe floral

designs and warm, welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shop

& Delivery Assistant to join our team part-time.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and being part

of a creative environment. The role begins with shop prep and deliveries, with opportunities to

grow into customer service and client support as training progresses.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization throughout the day

- Keep coolers clean and stocked

- Restock vases, ribbons, and packaging materials

- Assist with boxing, labeling, and preparing orders for pickup or delivery

- Deliver floral arrangements to local clients and businesses

- Support designers with setup, cleanup, and prep work during busy times

- Learn to answer calls and assist clients after training

Qualifications:

- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Comfortable driving locally and handling flowers carefully

- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs

- Friendly attitude and willingness to learn

- Flexible for occasional additional hours during holidays or events

- Prior retail, floral, or delivery experience helpful but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
