Overview

We are currently seeking a part-time Server to join our FOH team. Saturday night and occasional Sundays are required. If you are not available to work these , please do not apply.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, ambition, a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a solid understanding of the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, upsell beverages and menu items effectively and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
Stay updated on beverage specials, menu changes and weekly features to effectively communicate with guests.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Familiarity with POS system or similar cash register system is a plus.
Politely collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry, ensuring compliance with local laws regarding alcohol service.

Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Server in a bar and grill setting is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage customers positively.
Ability to get along with coworkers
Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail on financial transactions.
Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change efficiently.
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders during peak hours.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail with a positive attitude.

REQUIREMENTS:

Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays is required. Saturday nights and occasional Sundays are required!
Must be dependable and punctual for all scheduled shifts.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $4.35 per hour
