$16.00/hour (Non-tipped position)

In this seasonal leadership role, you'll help ensure smooth operations during peak hours, support our team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support staff during busy shifts Provide excellent guest service and ensure team performance meets standards Assist with team scheduling and pre-shift meetings Uphold cleanliness, safety, and service standards Help onboard and train seasonal staff Quickly and professionally resolve guest concerns Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply ordering Serve as a swing shift supervisor, covering various shifts as needed

What We're Looking For:

Previous supervisory or lead experience in food & beverage or hospitality Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to lead by example A professional team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure Comfortable using basic computer systems and tools Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 21 years old

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ year in a supervisory role in hospitality or restaurant environment Familiarity with scheduling, payroll, inventory, or purchasing systems Education or training in hospitality management is a plus
