On the Road to Wellness is a Peer Support Agency that has been serving adults managing their mental health and wellness for over 25 years. This position is for our 24/7 Step-Up Step-Down program that provides short-term, non-clinical, transitional housing and peer support for adults managing their mental health. Some basic requirements for this role are\xe2\x80\xa6 \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication skills and work ethic \xe2\x97\x8f Overnight availability at least one night per week \xe2\x97\x8f Vulnerability and a willingness to be open about your mental health journey \xe2\x97\x8f A desire to learn, grow, and be trained to become a Certified Peer Support Specialist \xe2\x97\x8f A strong commitment to your own recovery and wellness We will provide everything necessary to complete the requirements to become a Certified Peer Support Specialist for the State of New Hampshire (certification is required within 1 year of hire).
