A Part-Time Receptionist / Registration Coordinator needed for\xc3\x82 Physician Surgery Center of Knoxville. United Surgical Partners International is a company that specializes in the development and operation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities in the U.S. and the UK. \xc3\x82 The Registration Coordinator:\xc3\x82

1. Interfaces with patients, families, physicians and staff.

2. Admit patients and process their paperwork.

3. Update patient demographics/information in system.

4. Collect monies due and document in the billing system.

5. Handle funds per office procedure.

6. Answer incoming phone calls.

Required Skills:

High school graduate or equivalent. *One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred. *Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties. *Forty-five (45) wpm typing skills required. *Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial. *Good communication skills.
