What We're Looking For
?? Positive, energetic attitude and customer-first mindset
?? Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
?? Strong organization and time management abilities
?? Reliable and self-motivated with a proactive approach
?? Previous receptionist or customer service experience a plus
?? Team player eager to support where needed
What You'll Do
Greet every customer with a warm, professional welcome
Direct guests to the right department or team member
Answer and route incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
Assist with filing, light admin tasks, and other duties as needed
Schedule & Availability
20-30 hours per week
1-2 Saturdays per month
One evening per week until 8 PM
