Waite Park, MN

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM (20-25 hours/week)

Pay:

$14-$16/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

Keep community spaces clean, safe, and welcoming Maintain the appearance of the grounds and building common areas Assist with light maintenance tasks, painting, and apartment turnovers Help with trash removal and seasonal tasks (like snow cleanup) Report any safety or maintenance concerns to the team

What We're Looking For:

3-6 months of experience in cleaning, maintenance, or groundskeeping (preferred but not required) Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Basic maintenance or property knowledge is a plus
