Part-Time Phlebotomist -- Integrative Wellness Clinic (North Boulder)

Renew Wellness Co. is a growing, integrative functional medicine clinic dedicated to helping patients uncover the root causes of their health concerns and truly heal. Our collaborative team of practitioners, coaches, and wellness professionals provides compassionate, evidence-based care in a calm and uplifting environment.

We're expanding our in-house services and are seeking a skilled and friendly

phlebotomist

to join our team for early-morning, fasting blood draws twice a week (then looking to expand!).

This position is ideal for someone who values meaningful connection with patients, attention to detail, and creating a supportive experience. You'll perform high-quality venipuncture and specimen processing, manage lab supplies, and ensure seamless coordination with

Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for routine and specialty testing Prepare, label, and handle specimens accurately for lab processing and courier pick-up Maintain a clean, organized, and calm phlebotomy area Manage inventory and restock phlebotomy supplies Provide a warm, professional, and reassuring experience for patients Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure timely lab submissions

Requirements:

Current

Phlebotomy Certification

(CPT, RPT, or equivalent) Minimum 1-2 years of phlebotomy experience preferred Experience with

Quest Diagnostics

strongly preferred Excellent communication and patient-care skills Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently

Schedule & Compensation

Hours:

2 mornings per week, 7:00-9:00 a.m. (with potential to expand as the clinic grows) Ideally Tuesday and Thursday mornings, although we can be flexible for the right fit!

Pay:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience
