As part of our continued growth, we're seeking a

skilled and growth-oriented orthodontist

who's excited to collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment and play an active role in expanding our integrated orthodontic program.

Position Overview

We are seeking a

part-time orthodontist

to provide specialized, premium orthodontic care within our established pediatric practice. The ideal candidate is dedicated to patient-centered treatment, values interdisciplinary collaboration, and has a genuine passion for working with children and families in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Location:

Hoboken, NJ (New York Metropolitan Area)

Schedule:

One Saturday

per month (8:30 AM - 3:00 PM) to start, with the opportunity to add additional days -- ideally a second Saturday or a weekday (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM) -- as patient demand grows.

Practice Type:

Fee-for-Service

Compensation:

$1,200/day Guaranteed salary plus additional bonus based on collections.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive orthodontic care, including early interceptive treatment, Phase 1 & Phase 2 orthodontic cases. Collaborate with our pediatric dental team to develop growth-focused and airway-centered treatment plans. Educate patients and parents on treatment options, timelines, and best practices. Participate in marketing initiatives to engage new patients, increase visibility, and promote orthodontic services. Create a fun, engaging experience for children, particularly for Phase 1 orthodontic treatments.

Qualifications

Completion of an ADA-accredited Orthodontic Residency program Active New Jersey Dental License New Jersey Orthodontic Specialty Permit (Required Before Start Date) Passion for working with children and delivering high-quality patient care
