We are a local hand car wash business seeking a reliable, organized Part-Time Office Operations Assistant to assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.This role supports office functions and works alongside on-site staff. Ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
General office and administrative support
Regular use of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) for data entry, schedules, and logs
Assist with inventory tracking and organization
Help maintain organized files and records
Requirements
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word
Basic desktop computer skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and follow instructions
Prior office or administrative experience preferred
Schedule
Part-time
Flexible hours (to be discussed)
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 - 10.0 per week
