We welcomed our first daughter, Lily, in September 2025, and we're seeking a
long-term, part-time nanny
to provide care in our Casa Grande home starting
January 17, 2026
.
I work full-time from home for a tech company, and my husband is a full-time athlete and coach who works in Eloy. We also share our home with Hunter, our lovable senior husky.
My husband's schedule involves training 10 days per month. The exact dates vary but are always known in advance. This nanny position includes
10 guaranteed 8-hour days per month (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
, with the schedule provided at least
two months ahead of time.
If you'd like additional hours, there may be opportunities to add extra days in select months -- but this is completely optional.
Our home is calm and organized, and we value warmth, clear communication, and reliability. We hope to find a nanny who will be a compatible addition to our family.
Job Duties
Arrive at 8 a.m. and jump into Lily's routine -- feeding, diapering, play, or nap time.
Engage in
age-appropriate, screen-free play
to support Lily's development (reading, singing, sensory activities, etc.).
Take stroller walks in our walkable neighborhood when weather allows.
Prepare bottles of pumped breast milk, and eventually prepare simple meals and snacks as Lily starts solids.
Diaper and dress Lily as needed.
During nap times, handle
light household tasks related to Lily
, such as: Washing bottles and baby dishes, Tidying play areas, Laundering baby clothes and linens, Emptying diaper pail bags
Let our dog out in the fenced yard for potty breaks (no walking or feeding required).
