We are a luxurious Med Spa located in Boca Raton, FL. We are looking for a

front desk coordinator

to join our team! We prefer someone who is flexible, honest, inspired, punctual, creative with social media platforms. This position is perfect for a single mom, a college student, or someone looking for a 2nd job. This is a

part-time position

(currently only 2 days per week) that pays

hourly PLUS COMMISSION

and leaves plenty of room for growth within the company.

This position requires:

Customer service skills Phone etiquette Weekly clinical presence 1 year minimum med spa experience, but willing to train Desire to learn Social Media skills a MUST. CapCut knowledge encouraged. Organization and light clean up/sanitation duties.
Position Details:

Working closely with owner Independence Part-time 1099 $13-$15/hr BASED ON MEDSPA EXPERIENCE, PLUS COMMISSION on sales. Commission will be given for Skincare Sales and New Patient Referrals in addition to hourly pay.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage phone calls using a multi-line system, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments. Maintain accurate records of client information and appointments through data entry and filing. Support social media management efforts to promote services and engage with clients. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly. Assist with sales and promote spa services to enhance client experience and satisfaction. Light clean up duties at opening/closing shifts.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
