16-20 hours per week | Monday-Thursday | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (flexible)

Ross Wealth Advisors is seeking a motivated

Part-Time Marketing & Client Service Coordinator

to support our growing team. In this role, you'll

own the sales prospecting process

--tracking advisor meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are completed, and preparing

weekly reports on prospective clients

for our Monday meetings.

You'll assist with

marketing campaigns, educational events

, and

outreach to potential leads

to schedule visits. This position is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently within a

highly accountable, service-driven environment

where excellence and client care come first.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with ChatGPT Salesforce experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
