About Us:

Cimarron Sports is a family owned business that manufactures sports netting and training equipment. As we prepare for the upcoming holiday season and fulfill our bulk Amazon FBA orders, we're seeking reliable contract laborers to assist with cutting, placing grommets, and cleaning our batting cage Heavy-Duty Rubber Backstops.

Cimarron Sports is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual with an upbeat attitude to assist in the production of our athletic Heavy-Duty Rubber Backstops (4x6, 5x7, and 6x8). This role involves cutting the rubber material to specified sizes, attaching aligned grommets, ensuring the final product is clean and ready for shipment, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Compensation:

Hourly + per completed unit commission

Responsibilities:

Cut Heavy-Duty Rubber Backstops to specified sizes. Maintain adequate stock levels in each SKU (~50 units each). Attach grommets to the backstops in a line as required. Clean and inspect the final product to ensure it meets quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

No prior experience is required; templates and training will be provided. Ability to work at our Tulsa, OK warehouse within the hours of 8-5 Monday through Friday. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully. Physical ability to handle and cut heavy rubber materials. Reliable and self-motivated.

Training:

On-the-job training will be provided.

Additional Opportunities:

Strong performers in this role may be considered for an upcoming seasonal spring warehouse fulfillment position, which includes:

Picking and packing parcel packages. Processing shipping labels. Maintaining warehouse organization. Building pallets for shipment. Sewing custom baseball nets.
