Responsibilities

Perform general repairs and maintenance in residential, HOA, and commercial properties. Fix plumbing issues including leaking faucets, toilets, and pipes. Assemble furniture and install household items such as shelves and light fixtures. Paint and patch walls, ensuring they look professional, fresh, and inviting. Perform light electrical work including changing outlets and fixtures. Repair and maintain outdoor common areas, roads, sidewalks, railings, fences, etc Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance needs or potential repairs.

Requirements

Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and techniques. Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge is preferred. Basic knowledge of drywall repair and painting preferred. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A 100% commitment to quality work and exceptional customer service are essential. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Work Schedule

This part-time position will work 15-25 hours per week Work schedule is typically 7:30am to 1:30pm Mon - Fri OR 7:30am to 3:30pm Mon - Thurs Work schedule will vary day to day due to scheduled jobs - Flexibility is required * Position may have the option to become full-time as business needs increase
