In this engaging role, you will be a friendly face of our property management team, responsible for showcasing our properties and guiding potential residents through the leasing process. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create a welcoming environment while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

What you'll do

Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and benefits to potential tenants Assist in processing applications, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including data entry and filing Collaborate with the property management team to address maintenance requests and tenant concerns Utilize ResMan software system.

Basic qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities Experienced Leasing Consultant or relevant sales experience Bilingual preferred
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
