Job Description

Cleaning company seeking reliable candidate with experience to clean building part-time. 5 days a week approximately 30 to 45 minutes a day $220/month.

Must have experience and be able to pass background screen.

Responsibilities

Maintain safety procedures by handling cleaning equipment and supplies according to company protocol Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming Gather and empty trash; replace liners Cleaning and stocking restrooms, break rooms, and other areas as instructed Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment Polish windows and frames; other surfaces as assigned Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and other duties as outlined in the scope of work Other duties as assigned

Skills

Proven working experience as a janitor Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.53 per hour

Work Location: In person
