Position Overview
LOCG LLC is seeking a hands-on Part-Time IT Assistant to join our onsite technology team. This role will specialize in supporting Apple macOS and iOS devices through configuration, deployment, and MDM management while also assisting with enterprise systems implementations such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and other business applications.
The IT Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring our staff's devices and systems run securely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Apple Device Configuration & Management
Deploy, configure, and support macOS laptops and iOS/iPadOS devices for staff.
Manage Apple Business Manager (ABM), enrollment programs, and integrations.
Apply and maintain MDM policies (Intune, JAMF, or similar) for security and compliance.
Provide onsite Tier 1/Tier 2 support for Apple devices, applications, and connectivity.
Enterprise Systems & Software Implementation
Support the rollout and configuration of Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise software platforms.
Assist with testing, integration, and documentation of new systems.
Work with end-users onsite to provide training, troubleshooting, and adoption support.
Create/update SOPs and technical documentation for software implementations.
Security & Compliance
Enforce device security measures including encryption, FileVault, and password policies.
Monitor compliance with corporate IT security standards.
Maintain accurate inventory records for devices and system configurations.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with the IT Operations Lead and Security Operations Center (SOC).
Provide face-to-face technical support to onsite staff.
Participate in IT team meetings, progress reporting, and onsite troubleshooting efforts.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent in IT/Computer Science preferred.
1-3 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
Hands-on experience with Apple devices and supporting enterprise software rollouts.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of macOS and iOS device setup, troubleshooting, and security.
Familiarity with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and MDM platforms (JAMF, Intune).
Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of networking basics (Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls).

Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: Onsite, part-time (5-20 hours per week; set days/times to be determined).
Compensation: 20.76 or DOE
