JOB SUMMARY:




The HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for HR operations. Responsible for maintenance of employee record administration, department invoice reconciliation, recruitment prescreening, and front-line employee inquiries. Coordinates employee events and provides support as needed for quarterly board meetings.


REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE:



Prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources preferred. Analytical and detail oriented. Excellent communication skills at all levels. Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:



High school Diploma or equivalent. * 3+ years of administrative experience.
