We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality standards and an eye for detail in housekeeping management.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas of the facility. Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when restocking is needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles preferred; experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies; familiarity with industrial cleaning methods is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy items and perform tasks that require standing for extended periods. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while completing multiple tasks. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
