So in total the pay works out to be at least $20/hr. or more. Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

High attention to detail

necessary to ensure clinic work days runs smoothly Easily establish and maintain rapport with clients in order to ensure overall customer service satisfaction Able to answer basic service questions and connect client with consultation or medical staff as necessary Responsible for timely responses to new guests who are reaching out to schedule consultations and existing guests who needing to be scheduled or rescheduled. Provides continual attention to cleanliness and appearance of clinic at all times Excellent phone skills and able to convey warmth and helpfulness at all times Able to operate clinic computer scheduling system. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to easily multitask Social media content creation (video editing a huge plus). All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

:

Be able to problem solve and think logically and proactively. Ability to create/ edit social media videos. Your family life is okay with you starting work at 9:45 weekdays and working through 7pm, as well as working 3 Satudays a month 8:45 am to 4 pm). Ideally have 20+ years of work / life experience. Mature professional is valued. Relevant industry experience preferred, but not required. Warm and welcoming professional manner an absolute must Commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service at all times Ability to complete detailed paperwork. Exceptional teamwork skills. Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements. Able to lift 50 pounds Able to pass a pre-employment background check prior to employment Spanish language proficiency a big plus, but not required Minority candidates highly encouraged to apply
