What You'll Do:
Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and questions
Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly
Maintain knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and daily activities
Communicate guest requests and special needs to the appropriate departments
Process wake-up calls and handle "walked" or overbooked guests when needed
Support housekeeping by resolving room status discrepancies
Cross-train with Food & Beverage operations to assist as needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous front desk, guest service, or hospitality experience preferred
Previous experience with PEP PMS system a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer and basic math skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to stay professional and friendly under pressure
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including
overnight audit shifts (11pm-7am)
