Group Counselor

to join our mission-driven intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs for children and adolescents.

model healthy behavior

facilitate group therapy

help manage kids in crisis

, meaning counselors, therapists, and medical providers work together from the first intake onward.

About You

You have experience and/or interest in mental health and are excited to do work that matters*

The Role

15 hrs/week to start, with a potential to increase soon thereafter

Learn the skills

required to model healthy relationships, facilitate group therapy, and manage crisis situations on-the-job Receive

close support, clear expectations, and collaborative guidance
