You will be responsible for maintaining our community
- Maintain the community grounds including cleanliness and maintenance to company expectations
- Perform general maintenance, including light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping as needed
- Report maintenance and/or grounds concerns to management
- Mow lawns, treat weeds, trim trees and hedges, and general landscaping as requested by management
- Upkeep of onsite buildings, sidewalks, and common areas including painting and power washing
- Collect trash and yard waste
- Work on special projects as requested
- A sense of energy and personal responsibility
- Able to work outdoors throughout the year
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and actively walk through the park/facility
- At least 1 to 2 years of maintenance experience across the trades required
- Proficient with various hand tools and basic equipment
- Highschool graduate or GED required
- Must be within commuting distance to the facility
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Biloxi, MS 39531: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver\'s License (Required)
