Gateway Golf Sim is the newest addition to the Gateway Park Hotel in Tea and is a 24/7 indoor golf facility. We are looking to partner with someone to provide lessons for players of all levels using advanced simulator technology. Our facility is open to members 24/7, providing convenient scheduling options.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Part-Time Golf Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about golf and enjoys helping others improve their game. This position offers highly flexible scheduling, perfect for someone looking to share their expertise on their own time.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide high-quality, one-on-one golf lessons to clients of all ages and skill levels. Utilize our simulator technology to provide data-driven feedback and swing analysis. Demonstrate proper swing techniques, putting, chipping, and course strategy through clear, motivating instruction Develop personalized lesson plans to help clients achieve their individual golf goals. Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help improve their game Foster a welcoming, positive, and professional environment for all patrons.

Qualifications:



Strong understanding of golf fundamentals, rules, and etiquette. Prior experience in teaching or coaching golf is highly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts. Patient, friendly, and professional demeanor. Comfortable with technology and willing to learn the ins-and-outs of our simulator system. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
